Head of Finance - Enfinitec

Your new challenge
This position will play an integral role within the EMEA Finance department and Service team with primary responsibility for providing business support, financial accounting, analytical services and risk management for Enfinitec BV and its subsidiaries, which are part of Acer Group EMEA.
The Head of Finance is reporting to the Group Head of Finance and responsible for financial strategy, planning, management of company assets and supervision of regional finance function including finance, accounting, credit risk, internal audit, reporting, treasury and tax.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team in order to produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines of several companies within the group
- Manage, coordinate and review budgets and forecast
- Actual to budget and forecast trends evaluation and financial results communication
- Direct and indirect taxes management
- Implement and maintain ERP- system
- Payroll with HR and external payroll service provider management
- Lead oversea and domestic year end closing by liaising with auditors to ensure annual audit and reporting according to various local standards
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, tax consultants, bankers (daily business) and monitor of statutory and registration requirements
- Compile, maintain and implement transfer price documentation, whereas required according to OECD TP Guidelines
- Internal price calculation and monitor internal pricing method
- Supervise cash management, ensure the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability within the Group and minimize financial risk
- Maintain the CRM policy, enforcement of the requirements and procedures within the group
- Preparation of strategic analysis to support decision making on customers and service activities
- Improve efficiency and ensure the continuous improvement of end-to-end finance data, systems and processes.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial transactions and financial reporting by developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies.
- Manage and comply with local statutory reporting requirements and VAT/tax legislation and filings.

Your profile
- Graduate in Economics (RA, RC preferred but not required)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance department (and a plus at multinational company)
- Big Four experience preferable
- Experience within Services Industry or manufacturing industry/company and international environment
- Experience with international (finance) team (in multiple locations)
- Experience with (preparing for) IPO preferable
- Experience within scale-up(s)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel
- Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals and local VAT/tax
- Strong knowledge in financial systems, top tier ERP. Part of development projects appreciated
- Understanding of risks in business with ability to articulate feasible remedies
- Strong leadership qualities and teamplayer attitude
