Your new challenge
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role within the finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end accounting processes (A-Z) for Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Preparing annual financial reports for group entities.
- Leading month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accurate financial statements.
- Conducting regular balance checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure precise financial data recording and reporting.
- Acting as the key contact for auditors, banks, and insurers.
- Handling daily tax-related tasks.
- Driving process optimizations within the finance department.
- Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and analyses.
You'll work with Exact Globe ERP to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate reporting.

Your profile
To excel in this role, you bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in a similar role, with opportunities for growth based on your motivation and skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BE GAAP (required).
- Experience with IFRS (a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Exact Globe is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
- Process- and project-oriented working style.
- Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
