Your new challenge
The corporate controller will oversee the global finance operations and is a pro-active business partner. The ideal candidate is someone with strong finance and accounting acumen, is business savvy, is able to see the big picture and can work at a strategic level, yet knows the details and is motivated to get the job done. You will be expected to produce and understand the numbers as well as motivate the local finance teams to achieve deadlines and delivery high quality output. In combination with a strong eagerness to develop best practices and optimize the financial control and compliance function and enhance financial consistency between group entities. You will be initiating and participating in several projects. As a corporate controller you will report to the VP Corporate Accounting and you will have close interaction with the CFO of the group.
You would be expected to:
- Be a business partner for all internal and external stakeholders
- Execute and drive the periodic budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycle
- Be responsible for internal audits / financial reviews and training-on-the-job
- Fulfil a proactive role in the development of the management and financial reporting
- Drive change and improve the global finance department by: Managing, stimulating and motivating international team members; Creating a spirit of collaboration, engagement, and sharing best practices within the team; Implementing a culture of continuous improvement
- Be partly responsible for the consolidated financial and management reporting (including analysis) of the Group

Your profile
Education and experience
- A Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, preferably complemented by (partial) RA, AA or RC qualification.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in audit (RA), or finance within an international (manufacturing) environment or a combination of audit and business.
- Strong understanding of IFRS; knowledge of other international GAAPs is a plus.
- Experience with preparing group reporting is an advantage, but not essential.

- Analytical and technical finance skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Proven ability to challenge, improve and implement financial processes.
- Affinity with technology and innovation, eager to explore how AI, automation and robotics can optimize financial operations and decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment with multiple international stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Dutch is not required.

Our offer
- Competitive employment package: salary ranging from €85K to €120K gross per year, depending on experience and background. Exact compensation will depend on your education, seniority, and relevant experience.
- Bonus between 8% and 14%.
- Optional company car as part of the package.
