M&A Manager
Are you a talented Mergers and Acquisitions enthusiast? We're in search of a proactive M&A Manager to join this company. Your role will involve identifying targets, managing processes, and applying your hands-on mentality and M&A knowledge to drive success.
Your new challenge
- Identify M&A targets;
- Support and manage M&A processes: M&A process execution like modelling, due diligence management and coordination, negotiations, legal documentation reviewing, financing, process management etc.;
- Integrate acquired companies: post deal management of the acquired companies, strategic analyses, realize synergies, support integration etc.;
- Assist with preparing the group for the next strategic step.

Your profile
- Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Management;
- 4-10 years in M&A or investment role. Industry experience is an advantage;
- Self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial style. Decisive and responsible;
- High energy, focused and able to prioritize;
- Flexible and dedicated.
