Quality Assurance Analyst - Financiële Instelling

Your new challenge

As Quality Assurance Analyst (AML/KYC/QA), your role will involve developing quality standards, conducting 4 eye checks, identifying issues in onboarding and ODD processes, and reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and processes that ensure a zero-defect quality culture.

You will have autonomy and impact to design controls, testing plans and monitor and control and testing all the deliverables on the next 2 years+. With your awareness of risk management and KYC CDD you will act as sparring partner for our Quality Assurance Analyst and wider team.

You will manage controls in content and process, working with fellow AML/KYC/QA/QC Specialists. You will provide expert advice to colleagues in other departments such as compliance, financial framework, senior management, and the business. Your findings will be used to develop improvement plans with management, acting as a professional partner in the AML organization. Key skills include identifying significant risks through understanding laws, (local) regulations, and business insights.

You will collaborate with AML experts on risk assessments, demonstrating decisiveness and ownership. Conduct quality assurance on CDD activities in accordance with Wwft, policies, and standards, presenting and report findings clearly and accurately, with a focus on risk management. Adaptability, decisiveness, and clear communication are essential. In this position, you will have a large stakeholder map at the headquarter and their local offices; there will be occasional travel to other countries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the pioneer group building the new QA and QC framework for our client.
  • Perform quality assurance/checks on private, corporate, and institutional clients.
  • Produces monthly reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics using established procedures.
  • Build and establish knowledge within the team on quality assurance processes and tasks.
  • Provides insight into quality gaps identified as part of the quality assurance process and ensures these gaps are communicated to appropriate management and business owners.
  • Analyzes information gathered to develop recommendations for improvement and changes in current policies and procedures for continued compliance with our client AML Policy and applicable regulations.

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch and in English both oral and written.
  • At least 3 year's experience within relevant AML/QC/QA sphere.
  • Proven track record within quality assurance.
  • Strong AML and KYC background and exposure.
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Stakeholder management competences.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Have experience with at least two client segments; direct, corporate and/or institutional.
  • Certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS, ICA or similar are beneficial but not essential

Our offer

Our client offers a competitive salary complemented by an attractive benefits package. In addition to the base salary, employees receive an annual 5.5% payment in May, an 8% holiday allowance, and a travel allowance. The package also includes a non-contributory pension with favorable terms, a minimum of 30 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays), subsidized onsite lunches, and the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Onsite parking is currently free.
